I’m living here for more than a decade and I didn’t have any experience like this for customer service in canada. I didn’t buy it and I don’t understand you lost the sale and you lost your customer for ever. The guy who was standing at the door gave me strong attitude. How do I know you have something like this for policy? And where is written this policy. And I was like he is toddler and he just learned to walk so if it’s your policy your sales person needs to let us know in advance. ![]() And they said it’s the final sale because he worn it and he walked out of store with it and this is their policy. We liked the shoes and we went to the cash to buy it for him. ![]() My toddler after wearing them he was just walking around the store and he went 3 steps away from store and I took him in. I went yesterday to the Nike at sherway gardens with my 15 month old toddler to buy the shoes for him. They made me wait another 30 min and then he understood they messed up sth internally, but still he didn’t even apologize. I said yes, he said “ okay wait here Im gonna go check the camera footage”. After I explained the situation, The manager, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they caused me, was trying to act tough with me and said: “Are you sure u didnt get it at the time of purchase?” – trying to blame it on me, and make it seem like Im the bad guys. After 1 month, today, I went back and I asked them to refund me cuz it doesn’t seem like they are gonna deliver the product. I came all the way to the store to follow up 2 weeks after, I politely told them Im just checking in on the shoe, they manager snarky/aggressively said: “did you get a call yet? so no its not here yet u dont need to follow up”. Horrible Service, irresponsible management.īought a shoe on 30% off on Oct1st, since they didn’t have my shoe, they made me pay upfront and told me they will call me for pick up.
